They both knew it needed to be something that people couldn’t live without. \nIt had to be fun – a treat you could feel good about and taste that could add some bounce to your day. It needed to sparkle! \nThey recalled the elements of life they find magical: twinkling stars\, summer dusk at the beach\, a coincidental meeting\, an unexpected chivalrous gesture\, the perfect new accessory. Could they conjure up all these positives in a single snack? \nThey pulled together a collection of awesome quality ingredients\, put on their favorite ’80s music\, and started to make their own magic – a fortunate stroke of serendipity! \nCreating CharmedBar was our destiny. The result of this natural process creates unsurpassed flavor and texture. \nCaputo Brothers Creamery believes in using a traditional recipe to create curds for all pasta filata (stretched curd) cheeses\, such as Burrata\, Stracciatella\, and Fior di Latte. These cheeses are made soaking the Cagliata in hot water\, followed by a melding and stretching process—one that is easily recreated by renowned chefs and beginners alike. Ideally\, these cheeses will be savored the day they are stretched.
